The shadow is composed of shreds of evidence, layers of newspaper articles covering these terrorist attacks. The evidence is then impregnated with a layer of wax and ochre. Lying on top of this layer is a figure covered in a shroud. The shroud is made of staned muslin and images of the broken bones of a skeleton that are sewn onto it.
